Exceeded time $75.00 per hour will apply

VIEWING OF THE LODGE

Pencarrow Lodge is a private, secluded and unique venue which will be booked for your function only. Access will be arranged by consultation with lodge management.
 
 
CONFIRMATION
All bookings remain unconfirmed until confirmed by email.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $500.00 for a Function and $1500.00 for a Wedding, is required to secure your booking which is non-refundable.

Public holidays may occur surcharges.

Full payment is to be made on the day of your function.

We require confirmation 48 hours prior to your function of numbers attending - this is the number you will be charged for on the day unless numbers increase.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
All prices exclude GST, other than the wine and beer selection.

DISCLAIMER
Prices Quoted for Helicopter flights to The Paiaka Suite and Lodge are as what was quoted by the Helicopter operators at the time when packages were done.

Pencarrow Lodge does not accept responsibility in the event prices change or in the event the helicopter is unable to operate due to circumstances beyond our control. Alternative transport arrangements can be made with  liaisons with Lodge management.
