When you have confirmed your booking a $1500.00 incl gst non refundable deposit is required.

Public holidays may incur surcharges.

At Pencarrow Lodge we have off peak wedding specials from May to October. Minimum numbers apply with prices on application.
Transport to the lodge is by bridal car, helicopter, or for wedding guests Newlands Coaches or Runcimans as guests can not bring private cars to the venue.

Helicopter POA, minimum number of 3.
Pencarrow Lodge venue hire includes quality seating, linen, table cloths and napkins, all staff, cutlery and crockery.

Any extra hireage e.g. chairs, tables or linen will be at an extra cost. Pencarrow Lodge is fully licensed.
